Shipping & Returns

Delivery and Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 2 working days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple sources.

Note:  Shipping charges will be charged for:
A)     All orders shipped outside the USA
B)     **All orders shipped to any state not in the lower 48 USA states.  **Please call us as some items if small enough may be shipped FREE
C)     Items that must be shipped via freight or are in extreme rural areas as determined by our shipping department.

Methods of payment

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, are all accepted. Charges will be posted to your card at the time of order.

Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, or Traveler's Checks accepted by mail but must clear the bank before orders are shipped. Payments from outside the U.S.A will be held to clear for 45 days.

Personal Checks are accepted. Items will be shipped after funds have been transferred from your account to ours. $50.00 fee for returned checks.

All non payment issues or fraudulent credit cards will be turned over to a collection agency. Customer is responsible for all our legal fees incurred to collect funds. A collection surcharge of 40% of the total invoice including shipping will be added to the original invoice when turned over to collections. Fraudulent credit card numbers will be turned over to the FBI for investigation.

Liability

Hummer Gear Sales (HummerGearSales.com) or its owners accept no product liability in way shape or form and are not responsible for personal damages.

Warranties

All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer to discuss warranty terms and conditions, we do not warranty items. We will assist you to the best of our ability should a warranty issue come up (meaning we will follow up with phone calls to the manufacturer should you not a response, we are a consumer advocate and customer service is vital to us! Please keep in mind no company will warranty a product if it was not assembled or used exactly as it was designed for according to the manufacturers instructions. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE TO US OR THE MANUFACTURER BEFORE PROPER AUTORIZATION AND RETURN FORMS HAVE BEEN FILLED OUT AND ACCEPTED BY THE MANUFACTUER. DO NOT ACCEPT A VERBAL “OKAY” TO MAKE A RETURN! Damages

Important if noticeable damage is visible at the time of delivery, simply refuse the shipment and note damage on bill-of-lading at the time of receipt. Then call Hummer Gear Sales (918) 919-4851 and we will re-ship the order. If there is possible hidden damage you must call back the delivery company immediately and tell them to pick the package up for return. Please call to notify us IMMEDIATELY of any damage so we can help.

Shortages

All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please take the time to “Check-in your order”.

Printing Errors

We are not responsible for printing errors of any kind.

Returns

RGA # must be issued for any returns. Any returns made for reasons other than damage, defect, or a mistake on our part will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred while returning merchandise.
The actual cost to restore merchandise to a 'like new' or 'as shipped' condition (INCLUDES ITS BOX) may be deducted from your refund.

Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card only. All other funds will be reimbursed through company check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds will be issued within ten business days. Refund check must be cashed in thirty days of issue or the check will be voided.

Scratch / Dent Sale Items

From time to time we come across items that were scratched and slightly damaged in shipping. We can offer these products to you at substantial savings. Please look at all photographs and descriptions carefully! These items can not be returned once you purchase them nor is there a warranty! Items will be marked with a code to prevent returns. You may e-mail us Deals@HummerGearSales.com with additional questions about the item before you make the purchase, refer to the item # when writing us.
